The job was schedule was on and off and back on due to a week of rain. Nick stayed in touch with me and worked out a schedule where the power washing could be done between rains without putting himself inside of a thunder storm. The house is very clean after he was done. I am putting his company on our neighborhood preferred vendor list to try to shuttle some more business his way. If Nick had not advertised in the Goochland Gazette he would not have had my business.

I found CVPW on FB and sent a request for a quote through FB messenger. Within moments, Nick responded, asked some questions about my house, and what I wanted done, and gave me a quote right then. He followed up with me the next day, and because his quote was VERY reasonable AND he was just so prompt and positive, I hired him. He came when he said, set up, and did a fabulous job! I only needed the north-facing sides of my house and garage washed, but CVPW will be the one I call when I need my whole house and garage done.

Great experience and cost! He did a very good job power washing our 3 story home. Our gutters are finally white again. We moved in our home about 2 years ago and wow what a difference it has made! I didn’t realize the outside of our home was as dirty as it was. He cleaned off all the cob webs and mold but what I was most impressed by was how great the brick looked after he was finished! Our house really stands out now. I will definitely be calling again for our back porch to be cleaned!

Nic always does such a great job on our house. Great guy with a great work ethic and very thorough with cleaning. He always makes a point to speak to you and let you know exactly what’s going on and his plan for washing the house. Had a great experience with this service! Chatted on Facebook, was able to ask several questions and within a day was having my house cleaned. When I came home there was no sign anything happened except that my house was sparkling clean. Normally I notice things out of place or a soaked lawn, but not only was my house cleaned, so was everything else. They have a lifelong customer!
